Of late, buzzwords such as 'actionable service catalog' are gaining ground. However, no service catalog is complete without accurate costing. Increasing economic demands hold Information Technology (IT) accountable for reducing costs. Cost catalogs enable enterprises to plan and manage IT costs through accurate benchmarking and cost benefit analysis. This session identifies the cost levers that translate into cost effectiveness and improved processes.

Hardeep Singh has more than 13 years of experience in IT Service Management and Information Security. He has led several enterprise-wide ITIL implementations and partnered with organizations to drive business value for ITSM initiatives. He has helped enterprises build a business case for ITSM and carve out a structured road map for its implementation. A Certified ITIL Master and CISSP, Hardeep has led service and cost catalog projects.
