Vendor Rebate Management for Supply Chain Management

Material Planning and Expedite Management for Supply Chain Management

OEMs and distributors have to align demand and supply by working with demand forecasts, customer orders, materials purchases and receipts and offer customers an available-to-promise capability during times of fluctuating demand. Our supply chain solution in material planning and expedite management converts rolling forecasts from customers into orders through exception management, manages inventory through bonding and flushing of idle window inventory, provides input to ATP and expedites orders to tackle PO backlogs. Best-in-class processes are developed and socialized for material planning, central expedite and follow-up with supplier and internal stock points, processing around 22,000 line items for 1,400 customers.
